| Welcome to the offices of Dr. Arun Narang & Associates. As youc an see, the environment is very warm and inviting and those parties involved in design and construction have certainly succeeded in providing a nonclinical yet professional atmosphere.
Accenting the seven operatories and waiting areas is a collection of beautiful impressionist paintings. The influence of Van Gogh and Monet is ever present, with the long and winding hallway adorned with hand-painted irises. They thank the team of Definitely Innovative and Fran Ranger for designing and constructing a very special centre.
In addition to having an eye-pleasing office, the team is also passionate about technology in dentistry. They boast no less than 17 computer networks, with digital radiovisiography in all seven operatories. They employ the Argon Laser for curing, air abrasion, digital X-rays, Smile Simulation, and are headed towards Internet-based office management. Already, we are seeing systems in place for communicating with patients via newsletters, appointments, and even individual accounts.
Dr. Narang has brought together and exceptional team some 28 strong. For some time now, he has managed the practice with the goal of providing the finest in oral care in all aspects of general dentistry as well as specialized care. The mission is to employ expert dentists who along with themselves will handle almost any case that comes their way. It is a strategy that is best for patients, as it limits visits to one location, keeps patient cost to a minimum, and allows for that ongoing comfort level and confidence between the team and the client. With such efficient care, many will speak highly to others and recommend patronage.
Furthermore, it is a strategy that is best from an internal management perspective. Although there will always be some cases referred to area specialists, and the tem ahs a list of colleagues often called upon, it makes most sense to keep as many cases in-house as possible.
The head of the team Dr. Narang leads by example, completing an average of 100 hours of continuing education per year. "Teeth are for a lifetime," he says, so constant study is imperative as he looks toward the future. Arun is a University of Toronto product and today he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Veena, of 16 years, and their two children, Rishi, 11, and Shifali, seven. He is working towards accreditation with the A.A.C.D., and enjoys implant dentistry and orthodontics, and is an active O.D.A. member as he continues involvement with both the Toronto and American Academies of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also a member of the Toronto Implant Study Club, the American Orthodontic Society, and the International Congress of Implantology. His passion for the future of dentistry is evident, and he enjoys participating with dental chat group Icanaden. His fluency in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi aids in communicating with all at this Central Mississauga location, and if he's not practicing, you may find Arun playing squash / tennis or traveling.
Although not available for photos, Dr. Narang gives vast credit to three associates whose efforts and experience help in making this office so efficient and capable. With study and experience in so many of the specialties, this family of experts come together to offer thorough treatment of almost any case that comes their way.
